FHRA reached out to CD4 and the LA Conservation Corps to tidy up the lesser known Shakespeare Garden under our landmark bridge. FHRA is responsible for designing and maintaining the Franklin Ave median but we are also committed to maintaining the small garden under the bridge. Thank you for the hard work, LA Conservation Corps and helping us keep our community looking good!
